A Legal Disclaimer

120 NIGHT SLEEP TRIAL Guarantee.  Your new mattress will take time to adjust to your body, and we REQUIRE you to sleep on it for a minimum of 30 nights to allow for this adjustment period.  To qualify for the 120 Night Sleep Trial, you MUST purchase a new mattress protector from D. Noblin Furniture.  In the event you are not comfortable within 120 nights of your original purchase, we will do our best to match you to the correct mattress.  You may exchange your mattress ONCE for a mattress of equal or greater value. A processing fee of 10% (not to exceed $129) will be applied plus a delivery fee.  Out of town fees vary.

   

120 Night Sleep Trial Guarantee is not valid on warranty exchanges, clearance merchandise, floor models, pillows, mattress protectors, power/adjustable bases, special orders and/or special sizes (including the following: California King, Twin XL, Full XL, Custom Orders, etc.), reselections, mattresses sold without a new protector, and promotional items.  D. Noblin Furniture is unable to warranty or exchange a mattress that is stained or unsanitary.  See one of our professional Sleep Consultants for details. Do NOT remove the law tag from the mattress or foundation; removing the law tag will VOID the 120 Night Sleep Trial Guarantee.   

                                 

Good Impressions.  Body impressions are a normal occurrence with your new mattress and indicate that the cushion layers are conforming to the natural contours of your body.  Impressions up to 1-1/2” on a mattress should be expected and are not an indication of structural failure.  Rotating your mattress will help it wear more evenly over time.  

For Your Safety.  D. Noblin Furniture’s delivery drivers will perform an inspection of all mattresses and foundations prior to a 120 Night Sleep Trial exchange or warranty exchange.  In the event your bed is found to be unsanitary, contaminated with insects, or missing the law tag, the product WILL NOT be exchanged.  D. Noblin Furniture drivers WILL NOT remove contaminated mattresses and foundations.  

Protect Your Investment.  We recommend that you guard your mattress with our waterproof mattress protectors.  Check the warranty card or ask your sales associate about the correct support needed for your new mattress set as it is imperative for the manufacturer’s warranty.  Queen and king sizes require a center support with legs touching the ground.  Rotate your mattress to help with even wear. These Beds are Big.  Choosing the right foundation height is an important part of your decision.  Please measure to gauge how your new sleep set will fit into your room.  The most efficient way to measure is from the frame up (instead of from the floor up) since frame heights vary. If the measurement will not satisfy your requirements, please contact your professional Sleep Consultant PRIOR to delivery to find another solution and AVOID additional delivery charges.  BUYER is responsible for communicating the type of bed or structure that the mattress set will be placed on.  Custom Made furniture may not be to industry standard.  Please communicate this to your consultant prior to delivery to avoid any unnecessary charges.  Any parts needed to properly set up your purchase is the Buyer’s responsibility. BUYER agrees to measure doorways and stairways before ordering, as seller is NOT responsible for merchandise purchased that is too large to fit.

Red Carpet Delivery.  We want to make your delivery a smooth experience.  Please help us by removing bed linens and any unused bed frames from the room prior to delivery.  We also ask you to help us protect your home by removing objects from the delivery path.  D. Noblin Furniture delivery drivers are NOT allowed to move or modify your personal property and are only insured to set up D. Noblin Furniture merchandise.  Mattress and foundation removal is limited to the number of pieces delivered.  In the unlikely event damage occurs to your product, property, home or business during the course of a delivery, it must be noted on the delivery manifest before the delivery drivers have left the property.  Our Warehouse will call to give you a day for delivery and a two hour time window.  When the Warehouse calls, you MUST confirm your time slot, or we will reschedule to our next available time.

Hauling Away Your Old Mattress.  As part of our delivery service, we will haul away and dispose of your old mattress when we deliver your new mattress.  Soiled, stained, contaminated, noxious smelling, or an unsanitary mattress WILL NOT be hauled away by our team.  This is for the protection of our delivery team, customers, and others. 

Picking Up.  Items should be inspected carefully prior to leaving the facility.  Your purchase is under your possession and control as soon as it leaves the door of the store or warehouse.  BUYER assumes ALL risks associated with transportation of merchandise picked up.     120 NIGHT LOW PRICE GUARANTEE.  We guarantee the best brands at the best prices.  We will beat any advertised price by 10%, or your purchase is free.  If you find the same mattress set advertised for less than your invoiced price within 120 days of purchase, simply bring in the advertisement, and we will credit your account or mail a refund check for the price difference within three weeks.  Our 120 Night Low Price Guarantee does not apply to clearance, floor models, vendor roll backs/rebates, special purchases, promotional items, MMAP products, door busters or discontinued merchandise.  Merchandise offered for sale on auction sites (i.e. Ebay, Craig’s List, etc.) are excluded.  

Warranty Guarantee.  All warranty requirements are determined by the manufacturer, as set forth in the warranty card attached to your new sleep set.  Please read the card for full warranty guidelines and instructions.  A proper bed frame is recommended to support your new mattress set and regular mattress rotation to provide even wear.  The warranty does NOT cover processing, inspection, or transportation costs.  Please contact customer service if you do not receive a warranty card.  Customer service will assist with providing the manufacturer’s contact information.  Refunds are not available on warranty claims.  Floor models, clearance, “as-is” products, accessories, promotional items, furniture, contaminated and unsanitary/stained beds WILL NOT qualify for warranty coverage.
